Title:
IT Support Engineer


Contract:
Permanent. Full time, 37.5 hours per week


Salary:
Up to £37,000


Location:
Fully onsite based in Guildford

(2nd Line Engineer, Active Directory, Citrix, Networking, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, Office 365)


An exciting client is looking to bring in a new IT Support Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis to help grow the team.

They are looking to bring in a IT Support Engineer who has recent experience with Citrix as well as an understanding of Azure.


IT Support Engineer - Requirements:

  • 2nd line support
  • Active Directory resetting passwords, adding and deleting users, setting policies
  • Citrix terminating and restart sessions, setting it up and load balancing
  • Networking know how to do command prompt ping
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

IT Support Engineer - Desirable Skills:

  • Understand of Azure
  • Intune or other deployment tools
  • Windows Server experience
  • Experience troubleshooting Office 365 issues.
