Description

Investment AVP to join the London-based real estate investment team of leading sovereign wealth fund with a reputation for doing large, complex deals, an excellent track record in mixed asset class real estate investing, and a strong forward pipeline ofdeals, having significant capital to deploy, and able to acquire on a pure equity ticket.

With outstanding academics, c. 4-7 years principal side investing acquired in top tier REPE firms, the successful candidate will be highly autonomous and will be fullyexposed A-Z across large, complex acquisitions on a pan

European basis.

Deals are across the capital stack and can include single assets, portfolios, JVs and operational platforms. Team members typically work on 6-10 closed deals each year. Compensation forthe role is top quartile for base, and bonus range will be c. 100% plus.
