Coventry University Group is building a new approach to student engagement and retention to achieve stretching student recruitment, satisfaction, retention and progression targets.


  • Have outstanding customer service skills within a busy environment
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Be understanding and empathetic with a customer focused approach
  • Be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure to tight deadlines and KPIs


The roles will be based on campus in Coventry city centre, with working hours of 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
