Igloo has an exciting new opportunity with one of our customers who are based in Coventry.

Our customer is a large automotive company who deal with the logistics and distribution of automotive parts and products all over the UK and Europe.


The Job Role

  • Being the point of contact for certain customer
  • Manager and maintain relationships with Customers/dealer and any internal departments
  • Dealing with any customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manor
  • Creating requests for products to be picked
  • Updating systems with costs and sales
  • Booking transport for the products to be delivered

What we are looking for

  • Logistics, Transport, or manufacturing background
  • Strong Administration skills (especially in Microsoft Packages)
  • Excellent communication skills
