My client a well established manufacturing and distribution company based in Blackburn is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break.


Responsibilities:


  • First to take incoming calls across 3 brands.
  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and activities.
  • Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system and ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
