As the senior member of the Re:
So team, you will report to and work with the Academic Lead on the continued development and expansion of the Re:
So brand by proactively leading the student staff team, sharing your passion for contemporary retail.
You will be expected to identify and build upon successes and test out new ways of generating both store related student learning and enhanced income.
You will analyse weekly/monthly/year on year sales (both shop and online sales) and seek opportunities to develop the business.
You will learn to organise and manage internal and external events and pop-up shops and the recruitment and mentoring of students working in the store on placements.
This is a creative, commercial and business orientated role where attention to detail and ability to follow instruction is essential.
You will be a proactive, key member of the Re:So team.

Our creative students and graduates can use the store as a platform to sell their creations in the campus store or online, gain work experience, or take up mentoring opportunities to help boost their skills and experience.
The Graduate Intern (Retail and Business Management) will proactively lead the student staff team and share their passion for contemporary retailing.
You will be expected to identify and build upon successes and test out new ways of generating both store related student learning and enhanced income.
The Intern will analyse weekly/monthly/year on year sales (both shop and online sales) and seek opportunities to develop the business.
Learning to organise and manage internal and external events and pop-up shops, alongside the recruitment and mentoring of students working in the store on placements are key responsibilities in the role.
Open to recent graduates of Solent University only.
