Hariley Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team in Birmingham. If you have a proven track record in Production Supervising and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you

  • Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
  • Producing timber frames for houses
  • Supervising 14 people
  • Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in line with the Company procedure
  • Overseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sites
  • Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe
  • To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
  • Attend inspections where necessary Key Knowledge
  • Managing quality, cost, performance and delivery
  • Using hand power tools (saws, nail guns and cutting machines) to produce products
  • Working on production lines on a range of different jobs
  • Quality inspection
  • General labouring
  • General housekeeping

Pay:
