Halliday Marx have partnered with a large Multi-national Fin-Tech Organisation to recruit a Tax Specialist for 6 months.


Key Duties Include:

  • Supporting finance teams in EMEA, APAC & India on direct and indirect tax compliance, audits, inquiries, restructuring and planning.
  • Supporting annual and quarterly US GAAP group tax reporting
  • Supporting tax governance and tax risk compliance (e.g. SAO, CCO).

Requirements:


  • Relevant international tax compliance and advisory experience
  • Commercial aptitude and keen to learn the business from quote to order to billing to identify, understand and advise on pragmatic solutions on how to be tax compliant across all areas and take a proactive role in producing guidelines
  • Experience of explaining tax technical matters to nontax experts
  • Energetic, driven and willing to quickly build internal networks across the business and become a trusted business partner
  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines. Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience of working with or in telecommunications and/or technology industry
