Lanam Healthcare are sourcing motivated and dedicated individuals who wish to join our exceptionally hardworking team.
We are looking for an experienced administrator, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, who has experience interacting with a variety of people and resolving problems.
Preferably with experience of working in a care home environment, however, individuals with a strong administrative background without experience will be considered.
What is required:
- Dealing with all aspects of reception, dealing with clients families, weekly/daily reporting.
- Supporting other members of the team with paperwork regarding resident admissions/discharges and recruitment of staff.
- Ability to work with others in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- As well as providing administrative support to the home manager you will be part of the wider team who work together in order to guarantee the smooth running of the care home.
- Disclosure checks are required for this role.
Salary:
From £10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
