I am working with a great company based in Shrewsbury who is looking to fill a permanent Welder vacancy.

Pay is up starting at £12 an hour for a semi-skilled welder, and up to £14.86 for a skilled welder.

Hours are 8 am

4:45 pm Monday-Friday.
Utilise MIG and TIG welding techniques to weld various materials, such as aluminum and steel.
Form sections and panels through the use of press brakes.
Assist in the final assembly of new bodies to vehicle chassis.
Perform repairs on existing vehicle bodies and structures.
Assist in the fitting of repaired vehicle components, including tipping gears and hydraulic equipment.
Ensure that all work is completed in line with Health and Safety legislation.
Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, machinery or workshop settings would be advantageous.
Good dexterity and coordination.
Ability and willingness to learn processes and techniques in a handson environment.
An interest in commercial bodybuilding, such as tippers and commercial bodies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Excellent health and safety awareness.
Full driving license.
Good time management skills.
