Wonderful Office Coordinator role (PA duties included) in modern creative industry looking for polished organised tech-interested person (£30-40k)
Do you want to want to work within a trendy work environment? Have you come from a very structure led efficiency first type of environment in the past and are able to maintain that regardless of the creatives around you? Maybe you want to be valued and have a voice in a diverse and accepting office atmosphere and put your administrative skills to good use?

  • The modern office filled with 150 people means you will get the luxury of interacting with a dynamic, trendy and most importantly a diverse workforce. All sorts of backgrounds are very much accepted and there is a preference for more geeky people, given the tech space and nature of the office. Although this is a creative and welcoming space full of very fun slick creatives the ideal applicant would come from a more structured, process driven environment to help balance out this creatively minded group. You will be reporting to a wonderful dynamic operations director supporting you within this role. The work culture is fun and diverse and is proudly international and it's clear that everyone has a voice in this company. Although the job involves administrative type support no two days will be the same, making it fun and flexible it also means you must be able to think dynamically. Equally everyone is extremely passionate so we need someone confident that can hit the ground running to match that and someone that is happy not only to face clients but have the interpersonal skills to interact well with anyone you meet. Being down to earth and interpersonal is more important than any particular background. Any experience as an assistant, office coordinator or as a front of house would be extremely relevant. You will be time managing and so selfresponsibility is important; likewise liaising with the whole company is important so autonomous but amiable good communicators with heaps of common sense are perfect.
5 days a week, 9:30pm-6pm (some ad-hoc hours)
