An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinic Coordinator to join the UCH Outpatients Department.

You will be part of an outpatient team delivering a frontline administrative support service to both patients and clinical teams.


We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working within a busy multi-disciplinary outpatient team to support in the delivery of a high quality outpatient service.

You will work collaboratively to provide full clinic receptionist and administrative support to various clinical teams, patients and visitors across the three medical specialties outpatient departments.

This is a permanent full-time role with working hours of 37.5 hours per week with shifts spanning across our operational times of 8am-6pm.

In addition, you should have good organisational skills supported by previous administrative experience.

You will be required possess a competent level of IT skills using Microsoft Office software packages, experience in the use the Epic (Patient administration Record) or similar IT systems will be an advantage but not essential.


You will also share our vision to continually improve our patient's experiences across our outpatient departments and be a part of a team heavily invested in a commitment to providing an exceptional service to all stakeholders.

The post holder, as a member of the Outpatient Service Team, has the responsibility for providing a high quality and comprehensive range of administrative and reception duties.

The post-holder will have responsibility for ensuring a high quality cost-effective and efficient service to Outpatient users. They will work with the multi-disciplinary team in delivering an excellent patient and user experience.
