They ensure that all raw materials delivered are compliant with specifications. Focused on quality of raw materials which includes packaging in which it is delivered. Ensuring compliance with Retail Customer and The Cornwall Bakery standards and codes of practise. Supporting operations to ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are followed and adhered to. To professionally and reliably represent the Technical Department.
