Our client is a globally established financial services firm looking for a Receptionist to join their London offices. In this role, you act as the main point of contact for all guests and employees.
You must be confident communicating with people from all levels of the business and have experience in a client-facing role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
This a busy receptionist role where you will be responsible for meeting and greeting any guests that visit the office.
- Control the switchboard, answering, screening, and directing calls in a timely and professional manner
- Sign for all post and packages and ensure they are distributed correctly
- Organise entry for any guests, vendors, and maintenance staff
- Inform staff of guest's arrival
- Coordination of catering for meeting rooms
- Ensure that meeting rooms are presentable and that equipment is working properly
- Maintain stationery and kitchen stock
- Meeting room calendar management
- Organisation of staff events and internal meetings
WHO YOU ARE
As the Receptionist, you will need to be a professional and personable individual who is organised and proactive.
- Experience in a customer/clientfacing role is necessary
- Impeccable communication skills
- A problem solver
- Comfortable sorting issues with IT equipment
- Able to multitask effectively
