You'll play a key role supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy company, working across the business' functions, all while supporting an award-winning smart and modern office.

This office-based role would be perfect for an experienced administration professional with some experience working on invoices, spreadsheets and working with suppliers, who is now looking for their next role within a very well-regarded business.


As the Reception Administrator, you will:

  • Provide general day-to-day administrative support including drafting correspondence, filing, copying, and answering phone calls.
  • Assist the Finance Director with various administrative tasks, such as timesheet management, verification of expenses, credit card analysis, maintaining petty cash, and invoicing and payments.
  • Preparing draft payment runs for review.
  • Performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations (allocation of payments to invoices on purchase ledger).
  • Handle supplier queries and maintain a log of recharges.
  • Use spreadsheets to perform analysis and maintain records, such as a register of consultants' personal indemnity insurance and fixed asset register.

As the Reception Administrator, you should have:

  • Strong PC skills
  • including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in an office administration position.
  • Ideally prior experience in a frontfacing position liaising with customers and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills
