  • We are recruiting a Mental Health Support Worker to join our Primary Navigation Team in North and West Bristol. Advertised as 'Senior Mental Health support worker', this role will be known as a 'Senior Recovery Navigator'.
  • You will be working as part of the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) within North and West Bristol; working collaboratively with the client, GP, Social Prescribing Link Workers, AWP, as well as other healthcare professionals and external agencies as appropriate, you will support clients with moderate to high enduring mental health difficulties to find coping strategies personally and within their community.
  • You'll be a good communicator, with experience of supervising an effective team and liaising with partners, to contribute to the delivery of this valuable service as well as managing a small caseload of clients.
  • You'll have experience of working with people with long term mental health and complex needs, carrying out needs and risks assessments. You will need to take a holistic view, with a recovery and psychologically informed approach.
