Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties:

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Assist in food preparation and plating when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service role is preferred
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus
