Work for a leading global business-to-business marketing agency, working for some of the world's biggest brands from offices in Manchester, London, New York, Hyderabad and Shanghai.

Continued growth means they require an internal Commercial Manager to join their global team, based from offices in Bollington south of Manchester.

The need

Commercial excellence lies at the heart of sustained annual growth, & the internal Commercial Manager is responsible for helping maintain that excellence, working in partnership with clients services & finance teams in EMEA & the US to ensure all agreed time& purchases are managed, invoiced, & reported professionally each month.

Role-specific tasks and responsibilities
Revenue Recognition
Own & run the revenue recognition report Review & move time to correct jobs where necessary Double check the time value on the job and recognize the revenue Collaborate with the Account Manager/Account Director to discuss & manage efficiently
Revenue Management
Own & run the revenue forecast report; provide client reconciliation Ensure all the projects are on track & maximize profitability
Costs
Manage & allocate all 3rd party costs
Media commissions
Review media plans, media orders
Weekly WIP reporting
Run the WIP report & send to each AM/AD
Sales Invoicing
Raise sales invoices, following the agreed scope of work schedule, send the invoices to the clients and accounting & job management system
New client registration
Set up all necessary detail & documentation on the accounting and job management system
New scope of work
Review project cost, billing schedule, request & secure client purchase orders, create jobs, make live, create budget sheet, plan the income forecast - working closely with AM/AD as necessary Update the budget sheet
Clear the WIP balance
Close the job when completed
