Investment Support Administrator


A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms, in our existing Investment team.

We are looking for those of you who wish to join and grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove office with hybrid working opportunities.

As an Investment Support Administrator, you would prepare reports, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed as well as supporting with low risk queries.


Key Responsibilities as our Investment Support Administrator will include:

  • Meeting SLAs when delivering accurate reports efficiently
  • Responding to low risk inbox queries, escalating where necessary
  • Maintaining and managing own diary and keeping of records to ensure appropriate audit trails are kept in line with the Firms compliance standards
  • Collating and recording of current client data relating to investment holdings, providing support for the other services where required
  • Maintaining a clear understanding of the concept of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
  • Good knowledge of current GDPR regulations and how financial institutions must comply with FCA requirements
  • Abiding by AFH Group procedures and standards in relation to anti money laundering, data security and confidentiality and to complete training and assessment as required

What we are looking for in our ideal Investment Support Administrator:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A keen interest in investments and finance
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Initiative and prioritisation skills to work in an organised manner
  • Communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability and drive to work as and contribute to the team
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial
  • Ability to use multiple online websites and search engines
  • Ability to learn remotely and face to face
