My client is looking for several call centre operatives to afternoon and eveningshifts - you will be required

To operate a sympathetic and responsive emergency call service; for the the service

and other client organisations ensuring that the service is maintained during the period of

duty and until handover of this responsibility is affected.


HOURS
1.30PM - 9.30PM

OR 2PM - 10PM

You will be required to work every other weekend


Monday - Friday week 1 and 3 days in the week then the weekend for week - To be available to cover sickness and holidays when required.


  • To ensure that Advisor responsibility is properly and effectively handed over to the
succeeding member of staff, including time to convey all relevant information for

continuity of service.

Ensure that customers contacting the call centre receive high standards of

customer care, including, where appropriate, first time fix for service complaints.

  • All customers to receive prompt, courteous responses, and action in accordance with
their needs.

  • To use the appropriate greeting when answering the client.
  • To initiate appropriate action in accordance with the procedure guidelines on receipt
of emergency calls.

  • To deal with all enquiries from callers whilst maintaining confidentiality.
  • To provide clients with support with the organisations policies and care standards.
  • All customers to receive prompt, courteous responses, and action in accordance with
their needs.

  • To use the appropriate greeting when answering the client.
  • To initiate appropriate action in accordance with the procedure guidelines on receipt
of emergency calls.

  • To deal with all enquiries from callers whilst maintaining confidentiality.
  • To provide clients with support with the organisations policies and care standards.
  • To liaise and cooperate with resident Scheme Managers, Housing Support Officers
and client organisations for the purpose of providing a comprehensive and effective

response service.

THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE AFTER TRAINING WHICH IS OFFICE BASED IN MEDWAY FOR 2 WEEKS WITH FREE PARKING MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM THEN REMOTE ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETE
