Job Title:
HR Customer Support Advisor

Location:
Whitley - Hybrid working -based mainly at home with occasional travel to Whitley site.

Teamwork is essential and the team connects daily on a morning virtual huddle to discuss statistics and metrics as well as a weekly virtualteam meeting.**
Rate: £22.00 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £16.

89 ph PAYE

Skills Required:

Previous experience of working in HR Customer Service or Consultant role.
Excellent professional communication skills.
Experience of processing high volume HR queries at speed and with accuracy either within a ticketing system or inbox.
High computer literacy and ability to learn quickly to navigate a number of different IT platforms.

Experience Required:

Previous experience of working in HR employee advisory role.
Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Strong generalist HR experience including substantial knowledge of key HR practices such as disciplinary, grievances, absence management and performance.
Good understanding of UK employment law.
IT Literate including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience Preferred:

Ability to deliver results consistently in a fast paced HR Contact Centre.
Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. Project Planning, Risk Management etc.
Experience of stakeholder management.
Experience of process development.
SAP Proficient including use of PB, PA and PPOSE.
Working knowledge of ticketing systems, preferably CloudforService (C4S).
Experience of managing a high volume of queries.
Experience of managing chat escalations from a virtual agent or chat bot.
