Customer Service Advisor

Salary and package:


  • Full time, Permanent Role
  • Basic salary: £22,000


  • Monday

  • Friday (9:00am 5:00pm)

Key roles and responsibilities

  • First point of contact for incoming customer calls
  • Communication to customers of order status (priority orders, delays etc)
  • Processing and reallocation of returned parcels
  • Sorting and distribution of paperwork
  • Order amendments/changes ie; delivery addresses, quantity, PO numbers
  • To take responsibility and accountability for individual work produced
  • Deal with day to day issues that arise effectively and efficiently
  • Deliver work to the manufacturing site in a timely fashion

Key Qualities and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, via written and verbal mediums
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Good attention to detail and organisational/time management skills
  • Have a proactive approach in the understanding of new processes and systems
