Customer Service Advisor
Salary and package:
- Full time, Permanent Role
- Basic salary: £22,000
- Monday
- Friday (9:00am 5:00pm)
Key roles and responsibilities
- First point of contact for incoming customer calls
- Communication to customers of order status (priority orders, delays etc)
- Processing and reallocation of returned parcels
- Sorting and distribution of paperwork
- Order amendments/changes ie; delivery addresses, quantity, PO numbers
- To take responsibility and accountability for individual work produced
- Deal with day to day issues that arise effectively and efficiently
- Deliver work to the manufacturing site in a timely fashion
Key Qualities and Experience
- Excellent communication skills, via written and verbal mediums
- Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Good attention to detail and organisational/time management skills
- Have a proactive approach in the understanding of new processes and systems
