Customer Adviser based in Witham, Essex: salary up to £22,000 with great benefits.

Jigsaw Recruitment are looking for 2 Customer Adviser's to work with a well respected Insurance Brokerage based in Witham.


The Role:
You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Confirming and Validating quotations, Making any amendments to customer policies, Liaising with the panel of insurers to negotiate the best price for MTA's and Renewals

You will be expected to provide a service to all customers that need assistance with their insurance policy.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good relationship building ability
  • Good level of education is desirable for this position.
