Description
We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our Commercial Payroll team.
The role involves accurate processing of payroll data using the iTrent system, addressing customer queries, and managing tasks including adjustments, starters, and leavers.
The role also includes ensuring data accuracy, collaborating for on-time payments, conducting manual payroll and pension calculations, maintaining HMRC compliance, providing customer reports, offering exceptional service, assisting in training, and upholding quality standards.
Year-end procedures and staying updated on regulations are also part of the role's responsibilities.It is essential that you have:
- A good knowledge of databases and computer packages which include Word and Excel
- A customer service focus
- The ability to work with accuracy within deadlines
- The ability to problem solve and present solutions
- The ability to selfmotivate and keep task focused
This is a hybrid working role with a mix of office working on site at Black Country House in Oldbury, and home working.
