We have an exciting opportunity to join the Health Improvement Service as a Health Improvement Officer within Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership.

The Health Improvement Officer post will have responsibility for a portfolio of health improvement programmes across one locality with the overall aim of improving health and reducing health inequalities, aligned to the themes and outcomes within our Strategic Commissioning Plan.

The post holder will have a high degree of autonomy and need to demonstrate initiative and ability to prioritise, holding high standards for themselves and others with excellent attention to detail.
