Auction Valuer - Liverpool - Up to £35,000 plus commission


The firm complete over two thousand successful home moves across Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire, North Wales, and West Lancashire every year, so you'll be kept busy, meaning great earning potential.

You'll be based on-site in Liverpool but covering the whole of Merseyside, so if you like being out and about with no 2 days looking the same, this is the role for you


What's in it for you

  • Annual salary £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
  • Uncapped commission structure (the current person has always achieved circa £45,000)
  • Monday to Friday, 8.45am 5.30pm

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting valuations, and negotiating terms of sale
  • Preparing and update marketing materials
  • Managing financial agreements
  • Liaising with clients regarding auction sales whilst driving the business forward with selfgenerated listings

What you will have

  • Proven experience in property valuations
  • Auction experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of the property market and regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
