An inclusive multi-disciplinary firm are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their award winning team in their Kent office.

The Corporate Lawyer's Role

The successful Corporate Lawyer will work with a diverse range of companies, assisting them in matters that span a broad range of a company lifecycle.

The Corporate Lawyer will get to work with a high quality of caseload covering a range of sectors including technology, fashion, media and hospitality.

The Corporate Lawyer will work with clients in a range of matters including, but not limited to, Mergers & Acquisitions, equity and capital matters and commercial agreements and transactions.

The Corporate Lawyer

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
Proven track record in Corporate & Commercial Law
Exceptional drafting skills
Strong understanding of M&A fundraising
Proactive and teamoriented
Strong ICT skills
Experience mentoring is desired but not essential
