About the role

That's why we are looking for exceptional individuals with a passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal skills to provide vital services to our customers.

Having experience of working in a
Contact Centre, you will use your skills and knowledge to provide advice and effective delivery of services to our customers.

What will you be doing?You will be required to support our customers with a variety of enquiries including waste and recycling, housing, environmental health, repairs for example.

You will work closely with all other teams to ensure our customers receive a seamless experience.

About youPrevious customer service experience is essential, along with good communication skills, natural empathy, experience of managing conflict and a good sense of humour.

To succeed in this challenging role, you must be flexible and able to demonstrate the skills necessary to work under pressure within a team environment.

This job role is based in the Guildhall, Northampton.
