Description

We are looking for an experienced service co-ordinator to join our team in the Ashby Area.

The role is 40 hours per week, with hours of but in essence, this is a flexible role within an agile team.

It is a role for the inquisitive, energetic and ambitious. It involves ambiguity and complexity, fast-paced decision making and risk.

The development opportunities, towards an integrated services leadership role, are several and support is provided by the wider leadership team on the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of your actions and impact on the office environment
To help embed a safety together culture in all account processes
To build positive relationships with key client stakeholders
Maintain KPIs, identifying and driving actions to recover
Order processing management
Support processes related to system usage such as Time & Attendance, Service trace process and product evaluation to continually improve our KPI and SLAs
Support the production of management information reporting
Close liaison with helpdesk re. progress of jobs versus SLAs
Data analysis taking data on a topic (e.g. Health & Safety, PPMs, asset lifecycle) and creating actionable information

Personal specification:

A high level of written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good time management skills
Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative
Able to communicate at all levels
IT literate with an excellent understanding of PowerPoint/Word/Excel
Engaging; enthusiastic; inquisitive; energetic
Positive and flexible, teambased attitude
Composed under pressure
Able to act at all times in a professional manner to the benefit of the company and maintain confidentiality at all times
A high level focuses on the achievement of targeted results

**_WEEKLY PAY - £13.50PH_
