The Role:


  • Delivering preplanned fun and engaging lessons to push students to their full capability.
  • Facilitating classroom engagement through fostering warm relationships with students.
  • Ensuring students with additional needs experience an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Confident in liaising with senior leadership to continually drive school standards as well as maintaining a good level of communication with parents.
  • Manage conflict effectively.
  • Create a positive classroom environment in which all students feel confident and safe to take risks in their learning.

The successful must have:


  • Hold UK QTS.
  • Have experience working with Primary Pupils as a teacher.
  • Have good behaviour management and conflict control.
  • Have effective verbal and written communication.
  • Experienced use of support staff relevant to the class
  • Confident in providing a safe, secure learning environment to allow students to feel comfortable and allow them to engage.
