What Is The Role?


As a Customer Service Advisor / Call Centre Agent, you will be the voice of the business, often the first point of contact between our client and customer.


We are partnered with Enterprise, and through them, you will be arranging for hire cars for non-fault drivers following a car accident, as well as booking repairs, and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service when they need it most.


We are also partnered with some of the largest car insurers in the country, and it is their customers that you will be helping.

Starting on outbounds, you will call the non-fault driver, and arrange for a hire car whilst their car is off road.

These are WARM leads, and you're not cold calling Starting on outbounds allows you to familiarise yourself with the role, systems and build your knowledge

You will progress to inbounds, where you will take calls from customers, insurance companies, repair garages - delivering an excellent customer experience each time

Ability to work various shift patterns, our contact centre is currently open 7 days per week, and shifts are allocated between the hours of 8am - 9pm Monday - Friday, and 8am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
