Business Development Executive, Construction Industry, £30,000 - £32,500 basic + Commission (OTE £50k)


Sales roles like this don't come up often, and this exciting role is working for a genuine success story within the construction industry who are based in Leeds.

This sales role does
NOTinvolve cold calling, and is
NOT KPI focused. This is a sales role that is focused on quality, rather than quantity of output.

You will be forging strong relationships within the construction industry, looking to develop accounts and build long lasting relationships

You can be from any b2b sales background but you
must have a minimum of
2+ years outbound sales experience. You will have built high levels of resilience in a sales environment before and enjoy the cut and thrust of sales


This is the ideal role for someone who is currently working in a cold calling, outbound sales role who is now looking to move into something more consultative and relationship focused.


This role does
NOT involve making high volumes of calls, but requires the skills learnt by someone who has come from this type of background.

You must have clear communication skills and be money motivated
