Medsolve are recruiting for Carers to join our team immediately.

We need strong, dedicated individuals with a passion to provide the best medical care to our service users in their supported living settings in the Hebburn area.

THE ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role is predominantly long shifts with a shift pattern of mainly 9-9 days and nights to support 4 individuals with varied needs.

The position involves working with individuals with needs such as mental health, challenging behaviours and also drug and alcohol abuse.

This role occassionaly may require you to sit with a service user who is 2-2-1 to encourage person centred planning and encourage everyday living.

This role is predominantly late shifts 3pm-9pm & nightshifts 9pm-9am to support a variety of individuals through person centred planning.

Encouraging social engagement and to help those in need to delevlop their daily living skills.

The position involves working with young adults who require assistance with personal care due to a variety of complex needs such as, cerebal palsy, learning disabilties and associated disorders.

This role also requires supporting non verbal service users and also assisting wheelchair users.

This environment has around 40 service users that need assistance.
