The salary range for an IFA Administrator within the team is £27,000 - £30,000


As a Fiancial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless back office support to our team of experienced advisers.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and consistent administration services to our valued clients.
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and work quality at all times.
  • Processing various Pension schemes, including transfers, surrenders, retirements, annuities, and investment business, while ensuring effective client communication throughout these processes (SIPP experience is essential).
  • Building positive relationships with clients and internal departments through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identifying and resolving daytoday work issues that may arise, while also recognising and addressing more complex matters in partnership with compliance.
  • Liaising with clients and thirdparty companies to ensure smooth interactions and transactions.
  • Providing technical expertise and support for adhoc client requests.
  • Maintaining a vigilant approach to identifying instances of fraud and money laundering, adhering to reporting procedures.
  • A demonstrated track record in administration roles, preferably within financial services.
  • Proficiency in Pension scheme processing, including SIPP experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
