Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful, engineering organisation with an office in Central Birmingham with the appointment of a
Talent Acquisition Advisor - Early Careers to join a busy and growing Talent Acquisition team.

This role offers a mix of office and home working - 2 days per week in the office.


The role of Talent Acquisition Advisor - Early Careers is a busy and varied role, you will be part of a team responsible for sourcing and on-boarding high volume graduate and apprentice hires throughout the organisation.


This will involve but not limited to:

  • Sourcing graduates and apprentices from a wide range of sources
  • Screening suitability
  • Arranging interviews and assessment days
  • Attending graduate fairs and events
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process

The Successful Applicant:

You will be comfortable working in busy/high-volume environment.
