WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a busy TA role with lots of variety, so you'll be the kind of person who enjoys multi-tasking and keeping up in a face-paced environment.
Typical duties include:
- Extensive diary management, last minute changes and tight deadlines
- Complexed travel booking across multiple time zones
- Organising cars, hotels, charter flights and end to end travel solutions
- Coordinating visas
- Detailed travel itineraries

- Inbox management, acting as the gatekeeper
- Expense management
- Adhoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE
Essential requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- 3 to 4 + years' experience in a similar role
- Finance experience within a similar environment
- Commitment and ability to commit to a full 9month contract
- Flexibility around working hours where needed
- Outstanding communication skills, written & verbal
- Experience across all Microsoft platforms
- Proactive nature & good use of initiative
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Upbeat, friendly and professional
