Team Spirits is a recruitment agency who provide retail staff across several UK Airports. We operate out of Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh, employing over 5,000 staff members. We have one mission, to take our people, along with various brands/clients and create one partnership.

The ID Pass Administrator role will be based at our Head Office in West Drayton, where you will be required to conduct aviation background screening for all employees who require a Heathrow ID Pass.

Your role will be to deliver compliant 5 year background screening in accordance with the Heathrow ID Pass Standard and CAA/DFT legislation.

Requirements for the role:

Minimum 12 months experience in conducting 5 year background checks/screening in the aviation industry.

Minimum 12 months ID Gateway experience is compulsory

Authorised signatory experience is desired, but not essential

GDPR knowledge is mandatory, due to the nature of the role. We place a strong emphasis on compliance and confidentiality.

Ability to conduct Criminal Record Checks (CRC)

IT Skills such as Word, Excel & Outlook are essential

Collating quality referencing packs

Achieving set targets within a reasonable time frame/deadline

Be a team player and deliver an excellent customer experience to our stakeholders

Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels including third party stakeholders

Maintaining audit and compliance standards by ensuring that referencing is of satisfactory quality with mínimal criteria check rejections.

Ability to learn new skills in this ever changing fast paced environment.

Passion to embrace change and continuously looking for improvements

Training will be provided where required

Attention to detail is key to the role

You must be eligible to work in the UK for this role

Package Description

40 hours per week

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

£24 - £30k Dependant on experience
