Macildowie are excited to be working with an organisation based in Derbyshire,
Alfreton, who are looking for a
Credit Control Manager to join their fast growing company.

This is a
full-time permanent role, with flexi time.


The fast growing company are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Credit Control Managerto join the established
Head Office at a time of substantial growth
.


They are offering great benefits package. The salary for this role is
£35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of experienced Credit Controllers
  • Attend meetings with key individuals to address and resolve issues with debt
  • Supporting internal and external auditors and supply documents
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure contracts are maintained
  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts
  • Setting up payments and working with Debt
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with in house solicitors to solve any issues and progress to legal claims as needed.
  • Liaising with Director and Senior Managers to solve issues and recommend on action to be taken

Skills:


  • Experienced in Credit Control and Managing a team of Credit Controllers
  • Qualifications such as CICM is a plus but not required
  • Experience working with CIS
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong numerical and IT skills
  • Motivated and eager to get stuck
