Daily responsibilities within this role, will be:

  • Working in a customer faced role using both written and verbal communication
  • Work a fastplaced environment and ability to remain calm
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and being able to handle difficult conversations
  • Must be computer literate and have good keyboard accuracy with good Microsoft Office knowledge particularly Excel
As the German-Speaking Customer Service Agent you would be handling a large volume of calls from various manufacturing customers.

Responsibilities will vary from time to time in accordance with business needs


The Successful Applicant:

  • Tableau and/or SAP knowledge
  • Data analytic experience
