Description

Responsibilities for customer service:

  • Resolve customer concerns, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Assist with order management, including processing, tracking, and modifications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to address customer questions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
  • Good problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
£20,826.00-£22,121.00 per year
