Description
Responsibilities for customer service:
- Resolve customer concerns, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Assist with order management, including processing, tracking, and modifications.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to address customer questions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Good problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
£20,826.00-£22,121.00 per year
