Your Role and Responsibilities
Our Digital Workplace Consultants are restless for innovation. They are at the edge of technology, changing the way our customers implement business solutions.

Your role will be to provide consultative-led solutions, services, and digital workplace technology expertise to drive sales and deliver innovative customer outcomes.

You will work closely with our Clients, our Kyndryl teams, our cloud partners, and our 3rd party service providers.
You will create High-Level Designs and participate in Design Authorities to create the solutions that drive our clients forward. Who you are Are you an experienced Consultant with a wealth of knowledge specializing in Digital Workplace solutions primarily focussed on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and capabilities
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and you excel at articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse range of audiences, including both technical experts and nontechnical stakeholders.

This talent for clear communication enables you to foster a collaborative, customer-centric environment where ideas can flourish, and innovative solutions can be developed.

As a natural problem-solver, you approach challenges with a keen analytical and critical-thinking mindset, striving to uncover the most effective and efficient solutions to any issue.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

You can demonstrate a grounded consultative perspective and deep understanding of modern, transformational approaches to enterprise grade enduser workspace services.
You will therefore be able to demonstrate experience and proficiency in delivering consultative solutions to customers in some or all the following areas:
Microsoft Azure proficiency and expertise
Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio, technologies and capabilities including:
Digital Experience Management platforms and technologies
Detailed understanding and experience in the relevance of AI & Automation as it pertains to the future of the Digital Workplace, specifically relating to Microsoft Copilot and its integrati
