Description

We are looking for a person to work in our Income Management team to help the recovery of unpaid rent.


You will have some knowledge and experience of the processes and law in this area of work and will be able to work on your own initiative.


You will be expected to have regular contact with residents who are having difficulties paying their rent, offering support and signposting to other organisations and teams.


You will be expected to take possession proceedings as a last resort and will be able to deal sympathetically with residents.


This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role.
