I am currently working with a RIBA chartered practice based in Winchester who are looking for an aspiring Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team.

My client operates an energetic and highly motivated practice working on a diverse range of projectsin a variety of different sectors including, residential, commercial, interiors and extensions.

Skills and responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience and knowledge of the UK Planning System and Building Regulations
  • Ability to produce creative integrated designs
  • Assist in the production of drawings and reports across all RIBS stages 1
  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving

Essentials needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Proficient AutoCAD and Sketchup skills
  • Basic understanding of Lumion (preferable)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Hold a master's in architecture
  • Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
  • Able to carry out studies and design proposals
