The Mall Blackburn, also known by its former name, Blackburn Shopping Centre, is a shopping centre serving the town of Blackburn, Lancashire, England and is owned by the Adhan Group.
Due to the continued success of the shopping centre, we have a requirement for a full-time Administration Assistant based at The Mall, Blackburn.
You will form an essential part of our team by carrying out administrative and reception duties within the management offices.
A positive and can do approach is essential as is the ability to learn quickly and bring new ideas to help streamline operations.
The majority of our team have been with us for many years, their experience and knowledge is fundamental to the success of the wider operation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Organise meetings and events.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Create reports and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Hours:
Working either full time, 48 hours per week.
Salary:
£25, £28,000.00 depending on experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Blackburn Town Centre: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
