Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Care Team Member to join the growing Onboarding team

Location:
Southport/Hybrid

In the role you will be working within a busy team ensuring that our clients are continually at the heart of everything we do, by being motivated and enthusiastic about providing excellent client service.

You will be responsible for ensuring the best client journey through the stages of a medical negligence case.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the Head of Client Care with reporting on a weekly basis or as requested.
  • Being always the independent voice whilst ensuring that communication is constant between the client team and other teams and that the client is regularly updated of case progression and developments.
  • Understanding of performing ID checks and working with Compliance Team if further information is needed.
  • Thorough reviewing of files, to ensure that excellent client service is being provided.
  • Engaging with immediate and wider teams to share client service advice/assistance.
  • Proactively responding and resolving client service enquiries from team members and clients
  • Identifying and solving problems.
  • Helping provide training with the Head of Client Care as and when required.
  • Managing own task list
