An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Lead for the Longbridge Community Mental Health Team, Community ADHD Team & East & Central Birmingham Assertive Outreach Team.


The Community Mental Health Team, ADHD Team & Assertive Outreach Teams provide assessment, specialist support, treatment and care planning for service users with mental health problems such as depression and psychotic mental illness.

Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential to this very busy role.

Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, ability to problem solve and experience in the line management of staff are all essential for this role.

The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The post holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.


To provide a lead role in the implementation and development of systems within Longbridge CMHT/ADHD/East & Central Assertive Outreach Team.


Will have responsibility for monitoring outpatient areas and data, day to day administration processes in conjunction with the Support Services Manager and Team Managers within your remit.

To be responsible for ensuring there is an effective and structured provision of administration services within the teams.

To be responsible for the co-ordination of information systems in the team and supporting the Support Services Manager on delegated Trust and Division-wide initiatives such as; Health and Safety, Data Quality, Information Governance, Rio and Digital Dictation systems.

To operate within the Division's/Trust's systems and act as part of a wider administration/secretarial team for the Division
