Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village, (Managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts Limited) have a rare opportunity for a Sales and Reservations Administrator to join our high calibre team in a well-established global brand.
Role Overview
As Sales and Reservations Administrator you will support the day to day administration to support the Reservations and Sales Departments within the busy hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Ad hoc Administration to support the Sales and Revenue Team
- Preparing documents for the sales team to send to clients
- Preparing documents for clients as well as weekly function sheets
- Inputting data for internal reports
- Inputting of data into CRM system & Hubspot
- Assist Reservations Manager with essential Reservations tasks during Sales Team holidays / sickness / appointments
- Daily check of all Reservation extranets to ensure all data is matched.
- Minute taking and organisation of actions to ensure deadlines are met for internal meetings
