I am pleased to be partnered with a leading personal lines business, who are looking for a strong operational risk manager to join their London based team.

This is a key role in the future of the function and will play a pivotal role in the continuousdevelopment and embedding of the risk management framework, supporting the Head of Risk and Capital Management.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing risk appetite metrics and providing reporting of the 2nd line view to their risk committees and the board.
  • Reviewing the quality and completeness of risk metrics received from all departments across the division.
  • Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) process to completion.
  • Risk registers, RCSAs, and Risk Event processes.
  • Maintaining relationships with key stake holders, internal teams on Operational risk requirement
  • Solvency and Financial Condition Report and ORSA process.
Both insurance and FS backgrounds will be considered.
