A bespoke property Developer based in Buckinghamshire are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team and assist with one of several luxury home developments coming up in their pipeline.

The Senior Site Manager's role

The Senior Site Manager will be expected to take a lead role in the development of one of the several bespoke homes coming up in their pipeline, including 10,000sqft+ properties.

In the meantime, the Senior Site Manager will be responsible for demonstratingkey communication skills and adhering to general practice and H&S regulations.

The Senior Site Manager will report to the Construction Director of this highly successful Developer and will be provided a continuous pipeline of work following the consecutive completion of projects.

The Senior Site Manager

7+ years construction experience
Experience with bespoke residential properties essential
Excellent construction knowledge
Desire for longevity and progression preferrable
Strong communication skills
Willing to commute across Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties
