Service Care Solutions are working with a local authority based in the Fylde area of Lancashire who are recruiting for an Administration Assistant.
The role holder will assist with the delivery of high-quality administrative support.- Taking clear meeting minutes
- Collation of information from different sources with accuracy
- Diary management
- Researching fittings and equipment
- Setting up meetings
- Progress monitoring and tracking creating and maintaining activity trackers, chasing people up and keeping actions on track
- Downloading and saving digital files (e.g. We Transfer)
- Transfer of information onto spreadsheets with precise accuracy.
Consequently we are looking for someone who has a reasonable level of experience and can operate proactively and with a degree of initiative.
They will also need to be well organised, be able to access and recognise key priorities and work well under pressure.
